Excellent pay and benefits
Salaries vary depending on the requirements of the job. Truck drivers, warehouse workers and warehouse managers can earn from the low $30,000s to the mid-$40,000s. Assistant project managers, CAD operators and office managers can earn in the mid to upper $40,000s. Jobs that require more experience, like project manager or estimator can earn in the $70,000s, while trained chief estimators or superintendents can earn upwards of $100,000 a year.
